Q1 I received a mail but the link is not working. Please help me!

A1 You have to paste the whole link into your browser (including all the numbers). If you can’t paste it all at once, try it in sections. Don’t hit the enter key until the whole link is in your URL field of your browser.

Q2 How to download your picture? 


  • Right click on the image, then select “Save Image As…” from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter the file name you want to use for the selected image, and choose where the file will be saved.
  • Click the “Save” button.
Q3 Can I still send you a mail at to explain my problem? 

A5 Sure, please provide us with an email  with the original link to your picture or video. If you don’t have this link provide us with the following information:

  • Email address that you used in the kiosk.
  • Where and when was the video or picture taken.
  • What kind of device do you use? (pc, mac or mobile)
